350 Bleecker Street offers a welcoming community, with amenities that include a landscaped roof deck, courtyard with BBQ’s for resdidents’ use, part-time doormen and live-in superintendent, and an in-house gym, laundry room, garage and more!

350 Bleecker is quintessential West Village living coupled with today’s sought after amenities.

Situated among the city's most charming streets and architecture, near the most popular restaurants, surrounded by today's hottest boutiques, and in walking distance of the Bleecker Street Playground as well as some of the best public schools in New York City, there are a lot of reasons residents love calling 350 Bleecker their home. And so do their pets in this pet-friendly coop.

Unique within the West Village, 350 Bleecker is the only low-rise, full-service building. It provides more amenities than other top-tier buildings, including elevators, doormen, gym, live-in super, planted courtyard with barbecue, sprawling beautifully landscaped roof deck with some of the best unobstructed views of the New York City skyline and annual firework displays along the Hudson (eg. New Years, Gay Pride, July 4th), laundry room, and more.

350 Bleecker is centrally located, just a short walk from SoHo, Meatpacking, TriBeCa, and Union Square, and next to subway lines and bus stops to bring you anywhere in the city.

While the building and neighborhood have a lot to offer, its residents also set it apart. Featured in a recent New York Times article and called a "social building," our residents are warm and friendly, making 350 Bleecker a welcoming community. Craig Rodwell, one of the organizers of the first Gay Pride Parade and an early leader of the LGBT rights movement, was also a resident. We look forward to your joining our family.

Roof Deck

Relax under the sun (or umbrella), invite friends to join you for an outdoor meal, and take in 360-degree views of the city skyline on our landscaped and maintained roof deck, complete with a communal herb garden and a variety of fruit-bearing trees.

Seven days a week, from 8am (noon on weekends) through the evening, our building is staffed with helpful, friendly doormen to welcome you as you return home, manage deliveries, and greet your guests.

Live-in Super

It's not often that a superintendent is truly one of the most valuable amenities of a building, but here it's the case. Our Super is highly experienced and can help answer questions and help solve issues with your apartment.

The West Village is a breath of fresh air from the hustle and bustle of New York City. Lined with cute restaurants, stylish boutiques and family friendly parks and schools, there's a reason people call our neighborhood a real Village. Learn more »

It's easy to get anywhere in the city from our building (Google Map), as it's a mere two blocks away from some of the city's most used subway lines - 1,2, 3, A, B, C, D, E, F, M, L and PATH - right next to the crosstown M8 bus stop and just steps from SoHo, TriBeCa, Meatpacking, and Union Square.

Laundry Room

Instead of having to walk your dirty clothes a few blocks away to the closest laundromat, pop into the basement laundry room to wash your clothes. Use the interactive app to manage your laundry, and your time, efficiently.

Complete with treadmills, an elliptical machine, weights, racks, and other miscellaneous gym equipment, our maintained and air-conditioned gym is exclusively for and free to residents.

Art Gallery

Every few weeks, resident shareholders Robert and Maura Geils curate an art exhibition that is displayed in the lobby. All works are available for purchase. (See our past shows.)

Have a car? Park it in the building's garage, accessible through the basement. Don't have a car? Zipcars and rentals are available near by so you can steal away for a last minute weekend trip.

Bike Racks

Have a bike? Don't worry about storing it in your apartment. Use our racks in the basement to avoid clutter in your home (pending availability).

Storage Room

Heated and maintained storage rooms are available for residents' use. Availability is based on an annual bid process held in June.

Cook some corn, fish, burgers, steak or whatever you want on the communal barbecue and then sit down at the tables for a meal in our courtyard.
